Please be aware that, in order to protect confidentiality and relations of trust both with regard to you and our existing clients, who may include your competitors, you should evaluate the potential for conflicts of interest before submitting any confidential information to us.  We would be pleased to discuss these matters with you in advance.  Further, we reserve the right to refuse legal representation where such may create an appearance of conflict or where such may compromise any other interest of ours or our existing clients.
